Dear Pat, You were taken away from us far too soon. But you have left us with joy in our lives. Because of you and the paths you took in your life Sarah met George and the shape of our lives changed linking us with your beautiful family. And the greatest gift of all? your grandchildren. Through all the pain and tears your gift has left us a lifetime of joy. So thank you. Today you take your final journey and while your looking down as the events unfold be proud of your family and know that you will never be forgotten.
